These Deep Dive Sessions will focus on Sustainability, Tech Trends, and Smart Solutions.
Pre-Event
Participants registering for the European Foodservice Summit can also book one of three Restaurant Study Tours on September 17. They have been organized in collaboration with restaurant professionals from Amsterdam, who will also guide the 4-hour tours. Each tour has a different focus: restaurants | lunch concepts | contemporary concepts. Establishments have been selected for their exceptional concepts, design, F&B offerings, or operational excellence. Culinary tastings at select locations as well as Q&A opportunities with restaurant/brand owners will enhance the experience. (Limited number of participants.)
On the evening of September 17, conference participants are invited to an informal get-together where industry peers can (re)connect and establish new business relationships in a relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by drinks and light snacks.
Speed Networking
Networking is a crucial element of the conference, and we aim to facilitate diverse opportunities for attendees to connect. On September 18, just before the official start of the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a speed networking session. This session will enable them to connect with a large number of industry peers in a short time, making it ideal for establishing initial contacts that can be further developed throughout the day.
A Uniquely European Industry Event
Katrin Wissmann, Executive Editor, european foodservice media and EFSS programme manager comments: “What sets the European Foodservice Summit apart is its distinctive pan-European approach, reflected both in its program and its audience. While each country hosts its own national industry events, we aim to provide a comprehensive European perspective, fostering connections among restaurant leaders across the continent and beyond. We believe that any company seeking growth, whether domestically or internationally, will gain valuable insights from understanding business strategies and innovations of companies in other markets.”
